Thank you Daniel and team. We had a great experience working with Impressive homes and happy with the quality of built.

We had a townhouse built by impressive homes and they made the whole process very easy. Everything looks great and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the build. Hoping to be able to get them to build for us again!

Impressive quality build and commitment from Dan & his crew! Responsive throughout the construction and we find the Impressive Homes team are pleasant to deal with throughout our project. Will definitely use them again for our future projects.

This was our first investment building project we have done and are glad to have chosen Impressive homes. Dan and the team were great to work with, understood the purpose of the 2 builds and assisted with tips along the way to help achieve a better product. Any concerns with tenant in front house were sorted quickly and we are delighted with the end result.

We have built our dream family home with the team at Impressive Homes and Developments Pty Ltd (IHD) through such a challenging context of COVID-19 pandemic, construction industry pressures with supply shortages and staffing constraints and we have been nothing but impressed! From signing the contracts in November 2020 and being presented with keys in April 2022, the IHD team have been wonderful to work with, their skilled on-site trades are complimented by their first class office processes that kept the project on track, within budget and to our expectations as clients. Working with a local builder for our custom home has enabled us to invest locally and contribute to the development apprentice skills and create jobs which is important in the community. The success of IHD is a testament to how they work with their clients, their friendly and professional approach and ability to problem solve, work through challenges methodically and deliver a beautiful, practical, high-end home we love and are proud to be part of the IHD portfolio. Daniel, Michael, Lauren, Kim are wonderful team in working on development project for us to impressive standard and it has been so smooth and efficient to work along during this COVID situation. Impressive Once Again.. !!! Look forward to work on next one..

I would like to thank Daniel and his team at Impressive Homes for completing the build of our townhouses. Impressive homes managed the entire job including Council permits and landscaping. Nothing was ever an issue and the team both in the office and onsite where a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Impressive Homes & Developments to anyone looking for a reliable builder.

Getting Dan to build my house was the best decision I ever made the quality was great everything he said he did and within the schedule time. I can’t thank impressive homes enough.

My wife and I could not be happier with the service and care provided by Dan and his team at Impressive Homes. From the first conversation with Dan, we knew that he was someone we could work through a project with from start to finish. Being first time home owners, the prospective of building a family home on a steep slope was a daunting one. But with Dan, no question is too small and no problem too large. He was responsive and supportive to all our needs and took care of everything that needed to be done. Often, Dan foresaw potential problems and approached us with solutions. From design guidance to quoting to managing the build, Dan and his team could not have been more professional. The job was completed within schedule despite the months of disruption with COVID. His whole team, including all of his trades, were friendly, welcoming and great at their jobs. We would often ask them for advice or guidance and they were more than happy to oblige. We are thrilled with the quality of the build and absolutely love our new home that Dan and the team built for us. We loved his attitude to the build and he has assured us that any problems that pop up in the future he would be able to come back to help with. This gives us tremendous peace of mind as we know it's not something many builders offer. We can't thank them enough and have already recommended their business to many people! Thank you guys!! Dan and his impressive homes team did a fantastic job for my wife and I. They demolished an old existing property and built 2 double storey town houses. They delivered the project ahead of schedule. Great quality and we love what they have done with our houses and they look incredible. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The team were amazing to work with and nothing was too hard. They went above and beyond our expectations. We have another project in mind to start in the future and we will again use impressive homes for that project as well. Thank you so much Dan, Lauren and the rest of the Impressive homes team Luck and Cath
