We have built our dream family home with the team at Impressive Homes and Developments Pty Ltd (IHD) through such a challenging context of COVID-19 pandemic, construction industry pressures with supply shortages and staffing constraints and we have been nothing but impressed! From signing the contracts in November 2020 and being presented with keys in April 2022, the IHD team have been wonderful to work with, their skilled on-site trades are complimented by their first class office processes that kept the project on track, within budget and to our expectations as clients. Working with a local builder for our custom home has enabled us to invest locally and contribute to the development apprentice skills and create jobs which is important in the community. Dan and his impressive homes team did a fantastic job for my wife and I. They demolished an old existing property and built 2 double storey town houses. They delivered the project ahead of schedule. Great quality and we love what they have done with our houses and they look incredible. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The team were amazing to work with and nothing was too hard. Impressive homes were fantastic with my house build on a sloping block with views. Daniel has been a very honest person and his deeds are more than words can praise. He has organised his admin team and all trades in time and to perfection. Me and my family are very proud to have built our first custom house with Impressive homes.
